Policies

Our general policies:

• Users are not allowed to post any sort of term paper or report/essay.
• If required to, users must receive permission from the appropriate authorities (administration/professors/TAs/etc.) before they post material (this is primarily for copyrighted material).
• No obscene or offensive material may be posted.
• No spam may be posted.
• Users must agree to our terms of service at all times when on our site.
• If material posted is deemed to be in either of the five previous bullet points, the content will be deleted and the poster's IP may be blocked (and/or user account deleted) from the site.
• To optimize the search function of our site, and/or if we notice errors (spelling, grammar, missing links/documents, etc.) with posted material, we may alter the locative information, tagged information, fix any errors or delete the content entirely.
• PostYourTest.com may terminate and/or block users or IP addresses at anytime for any reason.

For contests:

• Contestants must be registered to be able to participate.
• Contestants must be US Residents at least 18 years of age.
• If the prize is listed as a cash prize, it will be sent as a postal money order or check using standard shipping rates/time.
• If the prize is other than cash, it will be sent using stardard shipping rates/time.
• PostYourTest.com and/or Imagination Infinity Inc. is not responsible for lost prizes or address changes.
• If posting is required for the contest, users must post valid material (see first five bullet points in our general policies).
• Unless time or method is otherwise specified, the contest deadline ends at 11:59 p.m. PST the final day of the contest, and the winner will be chosen at random soon after.
• The winner will be announced publicly and privately (no contact information will be available publicly).
• Contestants must adhere to all other policies.

For Rewards Programs:

• Users must be US Residents at least 18 years of age.
• To qualify for a reward, the material posted must be unique (the same material cannot be posted more than once). Please search our site to make sure your material has not been posted already. You may post or bring (to a physical location) multiple tests for multiple rewards.
• If the reward program is web-based, the user must be registered and have the appropriate contact information filled out.
• If the reward program is web-based, reward(s) may be approved or declined by an administrator.
• If the reward program is at a physical location, the user must bring the proper non-digital materials (a scanner will be available at the location) and information with him/her, including but not limited to university name/address, department, professor and class number and name. Please note that if the reward is at a physical location, the material will be stamped to say symbolically that it has been scanned and that the user has assured the material complied with our policies.
• To qualify for the reward, the material must not be artistically-based (ex: you may not bring in a drawing), sports-based or orally-based.
• To qualify for the reward, the material either posted directly to the site or brought to a physical location must meet our general policies listed above. If it does not it will be taken down and/or not be collected, and no reward will be given.
• We have the right to decline rewards for material we do not deem appropriately matches the rewards program's parameters.
• The rewards program(s) may be for a limited time and/or feature limited products/services.
• PostYourTest.com and/or Imagination Infinity Inc. is not responsible for lost rewards or address changes.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged by PostYourTest.com or any of its affiliates.
• Users must adhere to all other policies.

Though we monitor the site, we cannot be here 24/7. We encourage our users to please help out with reporting content abuse so that the site can deliver what it promises. Thanks!
