Groups on this website are essentially for any registered user that is interested in creating a school group, class group or a study group. What are the differences here?
- School Group: For a school to manage general events such as homecoming or sports, as well as give a general description about the school.
- Class Group: For a professor to manage a class. He/She may create events, upload the syllabus, class assignments and record class requirements. Any content type available can be posted to a class group.
- Study Group: For students to use, primarily as a tool for communication and content exchange. This is very effective for class teams to use, and of course to study for a given test. Any content type available can be posted to a study group.
Content that is posted to the groups can be limited to one group, multiple groups or can be made available site-wide depending on the administrator's and subscriber's settings.
